Best Episode (1999-2000) - Best Writing (1999-2000)
"Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction."
After lying dormant for a year, a serial killer, claiming to hear God speak to him when he is in public bathroom stalls, begins killing again. Capturing the attention of the Chapel Hill media and alluding the police, Sabastian is drawn closer and closer to the two men hunting him: Lynus, reporter for a local newspaper; and Kevin, the religious zealot and resident raving lunatic.

*This was the first episode in which Ward did not die at all*
*The GET SOME Trailer was an unscripted, impromtu shoot*
*Snow is seen during the GET SOME Trailer. Production of this episode
occured when a "snow hurricane" hit Raleigh, blanketing
Chapel Hill with some 18 inches of snow*
*In the original script, Lynus had a girlfriend. Her role was to be played by the maimed girl in student health (Sara Hoopes)*
*The final scene of the episode had to be retooled to occur indoors because of melting snow*
*Sexy black man and self-admitted camera whore Dan Lucas obtained two doctorate degrees in this episode,
one as the student health doctor, Dr. Caufield, and one as the doctor of philosophy, Dr. Maxwell. This, along
with the doctorate degree Dan gained in "They!" as the professor, makes three for the talented and
very well educated Mr. Lucas*
*Everyone in the drunken party flashback scene is actually quite drunk. So drunk in fact the person
that turned on the camera did not cue up the tape and recorded over some footage shot earlier in the day*
While it is hard to see, Kevin (Richie Franklin) is clean shaven in the shot where he leans in his car to get the shotgun and shells.
Lynus makes a reference on the phone to the time he helped his friend, who we see is Hera,
when she had her eye poked out. Later, when he explains to Kevin about a murder at the bar,
he says (about Hera getting killed) "Oh, he killed some girl at the bar I was at last night." It is
unclear as to whether or not this is was an intentional humor device or a continuity error. When
we asked the director about this he simply made a rude sexual gesture and laughed.
Dr. Peabody - "God is merely a manifestation of all feelings that humans have in believing they have a purpose, or goal in life, I believe this person feels his purpose in life is-GAAAA!"
Samus - "RAAAAAA!!!!"
Dana - "..."
Running Guy - "YAAAA!!!"
Hera - "Just give me five minutes, I'll make you a man!!"
Jasper - "mmm! mmm mmm mmm!"
Lynus - "Wait a minute...that's not a garbage man!"
"Uh oh."
